By accessing or using the Site or by purchasing a membership, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree, the user must discontinue use of the Site and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By browsing the Site, purchasing a membership, or accessing any services, the user accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and any policies referenced herein.
1.2 We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services & Memberships

2.1 We provide a membership-based service which may include monthly letters, digital content, companion chat (AI-powered), and additional member benefits described on the Site.
2.2 Membership pricing, billing cycle, and included benefits are those displayed at the time of purchase.
2.3 Memberships renew automatically according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly) unless canceled.

3. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation

3.1 The user must provide valid payment details when subscribing and authorizes recurring payments until cancellation.
3.2 The user may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles; services remain active until the end of the current paid period.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, are governed by any refund or cancellation policy listed on the Site.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

The user agrees not to:
